With over 1200 years of history, it is one of the signature World Heritage sites in Kyoto. The main attraction of Kiyomizu Temple is its large wooden stage that juts out from the main hall, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding city, forested hills, and seasonal landscapes like cherry blossoms in spring and colorful leaves in autumn. The temple's architecture, cultural significance, and the nearby Otowa Waterfall, believed to have wish-granting powers, also draw visitors.

Fushimi Inari Shrine is famous for its thousands of bright red torii gates, which form stunning pathways leading up Mount Inari, creating a magical atmosphere as you walk through them. It is a must-visit for both its spiritual atmosphere and its beautiful natural surroundings.

The Kyoto Imperial Palace is the former residence of Japan’s emperors, where they lived and ruled for more than 1,000 years (794–1869) before the capital moved to Tokyo. The palace complex reflects refined Heian-period court architecture, with elegant wooden halls, cypress bark roofs, and spacious ceremonial courtyards. The Palace is closed for approximately 8 days per month. In case of closure, we will visit the Rokkakudo Temple instead. It is an ancient Kyoto temple blending deep history, Buddhist devotion, and the origins of Japanese floral art.

Gion District, is one of the few remaining areas in Japan where you can spot geiko (Kyoto's term for geisha) and maiko (apprentice geisha) walking through the streets, often on their way to traditional teahouses. The district is filled with traditional wooden machiya houses, preserved from Kyoto’s past, offering a glimpse into old Japan.
